1. No Refund Policy

All course purchases on Glocodemy are final and non-refundable once payment is made. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to complete a course
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Wrong course selection by the user

2. Refunds for Technical Issues

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted but course access was not granted
  • Major technical issues on our platform that prevent learning (verified by our technical team)
  • Duplicate payment for the same course

To request a refund, users must:

  1. Email us at info@glocodemy.com within 48 hours of payment.
  2. Provide transaction details and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review and process the refund if eligible.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • If a course is discontinued due to unforeseen circumstances, affected users may receive a refund or credit towards another course.
  • Course transfers or credits may be offered at Glocodemy’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
